Steve Sommer graduated with a finance degree from Arizona State University, has his contractors license in residential construction and is licensed by the State of Arizona in real estate. His Passion for excellence and commitment to constant improvement has excelled New Horizon Custom Homes to achieve great success over the last 16 years. Sam Fratantoni earned a drafting degree from Phoenix Institute of Technology and has his contractor license in both residential and commercial construction. His passion for the business along with his experience and knowledge in the field is what allows New Horizon Custom Homes to build creative one-of-a-kind homes. Steve and Sam have worked together in the construction field since 1986 and have been building custom homes on their own since 1990. Together their passion, expertise and dedication for excellence has built them the reputation to build the finest homes available. They work together with their team in every aspect of their business, from client contact to hands on field supervision. Close supervision in all phases has allowed them to keep a pulse on quality and timeliness of each project to ensure greater customer satisfaction upon completion of each home. Both partners are equally interchangeable in all respects to New Horizon Custom Homes giving clients comfort in knowing that their needs will be met. | |
